Seemingly a timid person, once you know him better, he's the most positively surprising person I know. There's no day I'm amazed at one or the other little things that he's capable of. From technical point of view, there's nothing I can compain about, even if I was forced to - he's effectively and skillfully introducing big changes to the code as if it was nothing, still making it easy for everyone to review it. But the thing I respect him the most for, is that he's always and actively looking for feedback. Even if rarely something can be done better, he always asks others for opinion, discussing different approaches and, maybe even unknowingly, starts a large scale discussions in the whole team about random problem or solution.
